These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the PAYDEM platform and services. By accessing or using PAYDEM, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
PAYDEM provides a cloud-based payroll management platform that enables companies to manage employees, process payroll, manage loans, and handle wallet transactions. Our service is provided on an "as-is" basis.
2. User Responsibilities
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to use PAYDEM only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
3. Payment Terms
Subscription fees are billed monthly according to your selected plan. You authorize us to charge your payment method. All fees are non-refundable except where required by law.
4. Intellectual Property
PAYDEM and all its content, features, and functionality are owned by PAYDEM, its licensors, or other providers. You may not reproduce, distribute, or transmit any content without our prior written consent.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, PAYDEM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our services.
6. Termination
Either party may terminate this agreement at any time. Upon termination, your access to PAYDEM will be disabled, though you may request data export in accordance with our privacy policy.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of PAYDEM following the posting of revised Terms means that you accept and agree to the changes.
